Q: Will you take on a site you didn't build?

Yes, that's half of our support clients. We start with a free technical check: versions, vulnerabilities, speed, backups. We send a list of issues and a proposal — then you decide.

Q: What happens if the site gets hacked?

On a support plan it's unlikely: updates and protection cover the typical vectors. If an incident does occur — we restore the site from a backup and close the vulnerability; for clients on a plan this is part of the care.

Q: Do unused hours roll over?

Edit hours apply within the month — that keeps the plan cheaper than one-off work. If there are consistently more tasks than hours, we'll suggest a higher plan or price the project separately, whichever is better for you.

Q: Can I manage without support?

You can, if you're ready to watch updates, backups and security yourself. In practice, an "unattended site" runs fine until the first incident, and recovery after a hack costs as much as a year of support. It's your call — we'll help either way.
