Landing page for STX Austria motorhome rental

The challenge

STX Austria rents out, across Europe, a single premium-class motorhome — the Motorhome STX Scania 2 Pop Out + Garage, built on a Scania 560 S truck chassis (26 tonnes, 2023), with a garage that can optionally fit a Mini Cooper. Driving it requires a category C license. The audience isn’t a mass-market tourist choosing a camper van by “how many berths” — it’s an affluent client for whom this is closer to luxury real estate on wheels for touring Europe: the coast, nature reserves, castles. The site needed to sell not functionality but a sense of caliber — showing the interior, equipment, and details in as much depth as premium real estate listings do.

What we did

A showcase for one vehicle instead of a catalog
We built the landing page around a single model — with its full name, chassis specifications, and model year on the first screen — instead of the filterable multi-vehicle catalog typical of rental sites.

A 25+ photo gallery
We put together a large, clickable photo gallery of the interior and exterior, so a client paying €1,200 a day could examine the vehicle in detail before ever calling.

A detailed interior description by zone
We broke the description down by zone:

  • cab — electric lift-up bed module, 1.6 m, curtains, sliding partitions
  • living area — sofa, air conditioning, 43-inch Samsung Smart TV, wireless charging, folding table
  • kitchen — induction hob, microwave grill, coffee machine, 220 L fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher
  • bedroom — double bed, 32-inch Samsung Smart TV, air conditioning, opening roof
  • bathroom — shower with rain and handheld heads, heated towel rail, ventilation

A technical specifications section for the connoisseur
We carved out a dedicated block for the engineering details — Kabola KB40 diesel heating with underfloor heating, a Fischer Panda 8000i 6.4 kW generator, a Victron Quattro 5000 inverter, tanks for 380 L fresh, 170 L black, and 270 L grey water, 24V lithium batteries (3×200Ah), a Wi-Fi 4G antenna, a Garmin CAN BUS system with touchscreen, a 360° camera view for tank drainage, and a hydraulic leveling system — details that matter specifically to a demanding audience.

Rental terms and license requirements
We specified the price (€1,200 a day with the optional Mini Cooper), the travel range (all of Europe — from nature reserves and lakes to cities and castles), and the mandatory category C license requirement.

Multilingual support for a European audience
We built the site in English and German — for the audience renting premium motorhomes in Europe.

A WordPress site with responsive layout
We built the landing page on WordPress with correct display on smartphones and tablets, and a “Get your offer” button leading to the contact section.

Result

The landing page sells not an abstract “motorhome rental” but one specific premium-class vehicle — a detailed gallery, an interior description broken down by zone, and a full list of technical specs create the feel of a high-end real estate showcase rather than a vehicle rental, immediately filtering out clients focused on price rather than caliber.
