Five cards covering the essentials before you start
We added a “Good to know before starting a business in the Czech Republic” block to the site — five cards covering key decisions: a consultation before you start, choosing between OSVČ and s.r.o., bookkeeping from day one, VAT registration, and reporting deadlines.

A free consultation as the first step
We created a dedicated block offering a free business-setup consultation — “find out in 15 minutes whether OSVČ or s.r.o. suits you” — with a separate booking button right in the header of the first screen.

A services catalog split into two directions
We divided the services into two blocks:

• “Accounting Support” — s.r.o. bookkeeping, OSVČ support, VAT, tax reporting, payroll and HR records, consultations
• “Business Registration and Support” — s.r.o. and OSVČ registration, registered office address, corporate changes, opening a bank account, consulting support during launch

Transparent pricing instead of “ask the manager”
We displayed three ready-made pricing plans — Start from 1,500 korunas a month (for OSVČ and small companies), Standard from 5,000 korunas (small and medium business), Business from 10,000 korunas (companies with a more complex structure) — with the option to request a custom quote.

Testimonials with clients’ names
We featured client testimonials with names attached — “most clients have worked with the company for more than 5 years” — instead of anonymous quotes with no attribution.

A team with real names and roles
We created a dedicated “Our Team” section in the site’s main menu — with a photo and role for each specialist (accountants, a lawyer, managers), rather than an anonymous “our specialists.” For a client entrusting the company with their finances and documents, this works as a trust signal — they can see exactly who is handling their affairs.

Direct contact with a specific manager
Instead of a single generic form, we put several WhatsApp contacts in the footer, each tied to a manager’s name — plus a general email address and a “Leave a request and we’ll get back to you” form with a callback button.

Multilingual support for foreign entrepreneurs
We built the site in four languages — Russian, English, Czech, and Ukrainian — for its core audience: foreigners starting a business in the Czech Republic.

Basic SEO setup
We set up basic SEO — meta tags and page structure — so the site would be properly visible to search engines from launch.
