Website for event agency GRESCHNER

  • Industry: event management, pharma services, relocation
  • Type: corporate website

The challenge

The client is Elena Greschner, founder of an event agency with 15 years of experience organizing galas, dinners, award ceremonies, exhibitions, conferences, and meetings, including work as a “Patient Advocate” with pharmaceutical companies and patient organizations. Under the same name, a second, entirely different venture has grown alongside it — ExpatEase Vienna, a service helping expats relocate to Vienna (housing, education, legalization, cultural adaptation, concierge services, business support). The site needed to present both so that each of the two very different types of visitor — a corporate event organizer and someone moving to another country — would immediately understand they’d come to the right place and find their section without confusion.

What we did

Two business lines on one site — with clear navigation
We split the event agency and ExpatEase Vienna into separate menu sections — “For Expats” and “Event Solutions” — so a visitor with a specific need lands directly in the right section instead of trying to figure out which of the two very different services applies to them.

Event Solutions submenu for five client types
Within the event section, we built separate pages for pharmaceutical companies, patient organizations, corporate clients, private clients, and teen events — each with its own set of services. For pharma companies, for example:

  • Investigator Meetings
  • Advisory Boards
  • industry conferences
  • Field Force Meetings
  • training
  • disease-awareness events

ExpatEase Vienna section with a full service description
We built a dedicated page for the relocation service — housing, education, legalization and everyday logistics, cultural adaptation, concierge services (interpreting, transport, local customs), and business support through a professional network of contacts.

Photo gallery segmented by client type
We built a gallery with five tabs — pharma companies, patient organizations, corporate, private, and teen events — instead of one general feed, so visitors can browse examples for their specific event type.

“Our Clients and Partners” section
We added a block with the logos and names of representative clients — Boehringer Ingelheim, AOP Health, Bucherer, Escada, Julius Baer, Innenhof Studios — with a note that many projects are confidential and only some are shown.

FAQ addressing the specifics of pharma events
We answered three questions specific to clients from the pharma industry:

  • compliance with industry and federal regulations
  • data sources for “patient advocacy intelligence” — online surveys and focus groups
  • technology used in event organization: mobile apps, registration platforms, CRM, secure platforms for virtual conferences

Contact form and responsive layout on MODX
We built the site on MODX with a contact form on the contact page (including a data-processing consent checkbox) and a responsive layout for mobile devices.

Result

The site separates Elena Greschner’s two distinct business lines with clear navigation — an event agency with a submenu for five client types, and a standalone ExpatEase Vienna relocation service — so a specialized B2B client from the pharma industry and a private individual moving to Vienna both find what they’re looking for equally fast, instead of wading through one generic list of services.
