A high-status visual identity instead of a typical “legal” website
We built a dark, premium design with architectural photography and an animated line of key phrases (“Sharp Minds,” “Power,” “Law Unlocked,” “Deal Makers,” “Clarity,” “Beyond Legal”) — the site looks like a firm for high-level deals, not generic “legal assistance.”
Practice areas without vague wording
We presented practice areas as separate cards, each with a specific list of work:
- transactions — deal support, due diligence, drafting and negotiating documentation, financing structuring
- real estate law — development, construction law, approvals
- corporate agenda — corporate law, the commercial register, employment law for employers
- restructuring — restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border structuring
A “News” feed of real deals
We created a section with dated cards about the team’s current deals — for example, advising the Penta Real Estate group on its acquisition of a stake in HoldCo Bubny (the group’s largest development project to date), or advising Dr. Max on its acquisition of the Farmacie Italiane pharmacy chain in Italy — instead of a static “our achievements” portfolio.
