The challenge

mediaceEQUA is an accredited mediation service in Prague that helps resolve disputes between couples, families, colleagues, and business partners without going to court. For someone encountering mediation for the first time, the word itself can sound abstract and a little intimidating — it’s unclear how it starts, what it costs, or how a mediator can help if the parties can’t agree on their own. The site needed to remove that uncertainty: show the process step by step, state an honest price, and emphasize confidentiality and flexible scheduling.

What we did

Five areas of mediation in plain language
We structured the site around types of disputes — family, commercial, workplace, neighbor/housing, and community mediation — so visitors could immediately find their situation instead of reading a generic service description.

The mediation process step by step
We broke mediation down into clear stages — from the first contact with a mediator and an introductory meeting through signing an agreement, presenting each side’s position, finding a solution, and reaching a final settlement — to remove uncertainty before a first inquiry.

A transparent price instead of “ask the manager”
We stated an exact price on the site — 3,000 korunas for each hour (or part of an hour) of mediation, preparation, and drafting the agreement — noting that the amount is usually split evenly between participants.

Emphasis on confidentiality and a flexible schedule
We highlighted key advantages on the site — confidentiality of the process, evening and weekend appointments, and the service’s accreditation — and explained that the goal of mediation is agreement, not one side “winning.”

FAQ section
We compiled frequently asked questions — when mediation begins, what happens at the introductory meeting, how information-gathering, solution-finding, and drafting an agreement work, how payment is structured — to address objections before a visitor even reaches out via the form.

Basic SEO setup
We set up basic SEO — meta tags and page structure — so the site would be properly visible to search engines from launch.

WordPress site with responsive design
We built the site on the WordPress CMS with correct display on smartphones and tablets, plus a contact form for inquiries.

Result

The site removes the main barrier to reaching out to a mediator — uncertainty: visitors see their situation among five practice areas, understand the process step by step, know the price upfront, and can get in touch at a convenient time, including evenings and weekends, through a simple contact form.
