The brief
ESTOMA Clinic is a premium dental clinic in Mělník offering microscope-assisted endodontics, guided implant surgery, ceramic veneers and paediatric dentistry under general anaesthesia. The clinic works at the level of the best Prague practices, but it is based in a town where patients are used to travelling to Prague for quality dental care.
Before working with us, the clinic had no website at all. Patients came through word of mouth and occasionally through ads. There was demand, but it could not be managed and was limited to people’s personal networks.
The brief was simple: build a website, get it to the top of Google and launch advertising. Behind it was a business goal: to be visible to everyone looking for a dentist in Mělník and to show that you do not have to go to Prague for quality care.
What we did
A structure built around search demand
The key decision was made before any design work: every treatment got its own page. Patients do not search for “a dentist”, they search for a specific service: “implants”, “teeth whitening”, “endodontics”, “ceramic veneers”. A generic “our services” page does not capture these queries.
We designed 11 separate treatment pages, each targeting its own group of queries. This was the foundation on which the rankings later grew.
Complete information for patients
The clinic is premium and has no contracts with health insurers, so patients need to understand what they are paying for before their visit. We gathered everything that answers their questions and saves phone calls:
- Transparent price list covering all treatments
- A dedicated page on working without insurance contracts that explains the clinic’s position openly
- A doctors section with photos, qualifications and training with international specialists
- Online booking: a pop-up form linked to the booking system, available from every page
- Patient reviews on the homepage
Content that brings in patients
We launched a blog and run it together with the clinic. The articles answer real search queries from patients: an overview of emergency dental services in Prague and the Mělník region, the causes of toothache, articles on endodontics and children’s dentistry. This brings in people who are not yet looking for a clinic but are already looking for an answer to their problem.
SEO and advertising
We have handled search engine optimisation since launch: technical optimisation, keyword work, content and local signals. We set up Google Ads, and the client now runs the campaigns in-house.
